What services do you offer?
I specialize in maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of industrial systems. My main services include preventive and corrective machine maintenance, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, technical consulting and process optimization, and operator training. I provide authorized support for Meech static electricity elimination systems and surface cleaning systems.
Which brands and systems do you work with?
I have extensive experience with the following systems: Meech (authorized support), Zünd digital cutting systems, Eurolaser laser cutting systems, PLC controllers from various manufacturers, and various HMI systems. Additionally, I work with most standard industrial equipment regardless of manufacturer.
What area do you cover?
I actively perform services and projects across the Adria region and Central/Eastern Europe: Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Romania. My location in Petrovče (near Celje) enables quick access to most Slovenian industrial areas and excellent connections to the region.
How quickly can you arrive on-site?
Response time depends on location and nature of the problem: Slovenia usually within 24 hours for standard interventions, emergency interventions within 2-4 hours for critical failures in Slovenia, region within 24-48 hours depending on location. Scheduled maintenance by arrangement, adapted to your schedule. Regular working hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:00. For customers with a maintenance contract, I am available 24/7 for emergency interventions.
Do you work on weekends and holidays?
Weekends and holidays are typically reserved for rest. I work on weekends and holidays only for customers with a maintenance contract or in extreme situations involving critical failures that require immediate intervention. For scheduled maintenance, I work during the week (Monday-Friday, 7:00-15:00).
How are services billed?
Billing is transparent and adapted to the type of service: hourly rate for diagnostics and repairs, fixed price for preventive maintenance by agreement, project price for larger projects (programming, control cabinet assembly, system installations, machine setups, module retrofits), travel costs calculated based on distance, materials and spare parts at purchase price + overhead. Before starting work, I always prepare a quote or cost estimate. For regular customers, I offer better terms and maintenance packages.
Do you provide warranty on completed work?
Yes, I provide warranty on all completed services: work warranty 6-12 months (depending on type of work), installed parts warranty according to manufacturer's warranty, free fault correction if an error occurs due to my mistake. For preventive maintenance, I guarantee quality of work and traceability of all interventions with detailed documentation.
What certifications and qualifications do you have?
I have over 10 years of experience as a field service engineer in industry. My qualifications include: authorized support for Meech systems, experience with Zünd and Eurolaser systems, PLC programming and industrial automation, control systems, official factory training (ABG International, GEW, Domino, Astronova Trojan, Zünd), and regular training from equipment manufacturers. I collaborate with leading industry partners (Realtronik, Animat, Sportera) and have access to their technical support.
Can you help optimize existing processes?
Absolutely. In addition to maintenance, I also offer: analysis of existing processes and bottleneck identification, improvement suggestions (automation, optimization), software upgrades to increase efficiency, energy optimization of systems, and purchasing consultation for new equipment. My goal is not just to "fix", but to improve the operation of your systems and reduce operating costs.
What do you need from us before an intervention?
For effective work, I need: problem description (by phone or email), access to documentation of machine/system (if available), contact person on-site, safety information (if dealing with hazardous processes), and time window for intervention (if production shutdown is needed). If you have photos or video of the fault, you can send them for preliminary assessment.
Do you offer preventive maintenance contracts?
Yes, I offer maintenance contracts tailored to your needs: regular inspections (monthly, quarterly, annually), preventive replacement of worn parts, priority support for emergency interventions, fixed monthly costs for easier budget planning, and detailed logging of all interventions and equipment status. Preventive maintenance reduces unplanned downtime and extends equipment lifespan.
